Cake Galore Website
My website Cake Galore is for a way to be able to simply order treats in an efficient order as well as get products shipped to said location and delivered. A primary key factor when creating this site is to include an extra focus on customizing personalized items. We can be used for all occasions, your business, a birthday party, even for a casual family dinner night. Cake Galore was made for all who love sweets in an efficient, low-cost, stress-free experience.

Site Map:
This is where I map out my webpage. Breaking categories and items up makes it easier and makes the designer more sufficient while doing their work.
User Research: User Persona & User Empathy Map
User Persona:
Being able to talk with and interview participants like Kelsey is how I was able to shape this project. Kelsey has shown that she is trying to thrive and succeed in her pastry business, she has been doing okay but always felt there could be more. This encouraged me to implicate the customization tab and encourage that tab, especially when marketing.
User Persona:
While speaking and interviewing Henry, I had many like-minded users in mind. A family man that is always in need of sweets and goodies. This was ideal as I hoped my participants would have different perspectives on what this project could potentially utilize. They in fact did and Henry really wanted a focus on delivery and pick-up times when actually ordering on the website. To busy people like Henry, of course, this is a huge concern to put into consideration.
